I'm a Peruvian born fiber artist residing on Mohican land and making rugs about my people's culture. My art is rooted in the traditions of the Peruvian Andes and it blends contemporary rug hooking with my ancestors in mind. I handcraft each piece with hand spun, naturally dyed sheep wool, synthetic, as well as icelandic wool. All in celebration el espiritu Andino known as the Apus; mountains, duality, nature and rememberance.
